About NGO "Dream Kidland":
In "Dream Kidland", there are parents and people who work in the educational publishing and who adore children's literature. Promoting kids' reading brings them together. Since the summer in 2007, they have established teams in more than 10 cities over the country, such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Nanjing, Xiamen, Chengdu, etc. "Dream Kidland" makes use of various public resources, such as libraries and schools, and regularly organizes events and lectures for children and parents, which involve reading picture books and introducing good books.
Shanghai "Dream Kidland" was established at the end of 2007. Apart from regularly holding a picture book club every month in Children's Library of Yangpu District, they successfully held a number of reading activities in kindergartens, primary schools and Shanghai Book Fairs.
