About the lecture

"The Thing" fashion label was founded in 2005. With graphics at the heart of its design, its designers have been convinced all along that they could use clothing as a medium to express any emotion or life persepective. They insist on using a jocose and mocking attitude in their design, representitive of not only the perspective of the brand as a whole, but also that which the "The Thing" designers have always insisted upon.

At current lecture, the founder and Creative Director of "The Thing", Zheng Yi, will explain how "The Thing" successfully displays the designers' ideology and individualistic feelings by combining classic apparel with images, thereby using graphic design in their clothing.
