By using corrugated carton, paper, sticks and other waste materials to produce a body-sized children's paradise. In accordance with the requirements of custom-made, children will develop all the areas with various functional purposes. MoCA Kid's Workshop –Making 3D Abstract Art

Abstract art at first was a summary or extraction of an object. Abstraction artists tend to discard figurative shape and details for a symbolic purpose. Later on abstract art has finished a total departure from reality. It no longer depicts real objects; rather, a greater emphasis was put on visual sensation. By using visual language of form, color, line, and composition, artist's emotion is conveyed and viewer's imagination is inspired. However, in children's eyes, the details or elements in a piece of abstraction work can still remind them something they've actually seen in real life. This time we are going to guide kids to appreciate Li Lei's abstract art, and to use the elements in his works to make 3D craftworks.

The Artistic Style of Kusama Ⅱ

A single object can cause great visual impact after being repeated again and again, for example, Kusama tends to reuse dots. Besides, many artists like to overlap and repeat the same object like the salt maze by a Japanese artist, Yamamoto Motoi. Let’s appreciate works by Kusama and other artists and then finish your own work by reusing MT tapes.
